Core Features

Create a new project - Upload project floorplans & any other associated bid documents such as a project schedule

Step 2.

Automated Ai Takeoff

Select the scope relevant to your Takeoff. The Quanix takeoff tool will process your documents and generate your Takeoff

Step 3.

Automated Ai Budget Sheet

Results of the Ai Takeoff will be populated in the project budget sheet. An Ai-powered risk assessment and atypical scope detection report is presented in the Budget Sheet to establish unusual scope early on

Step 4.

RFI to Client

If more information is required from the Client or Design team, send an RFI using the automated RFI email feature

Step 5.

Sub-contractor & Vendor pricing

Quickly create and send bid requests to Sub-Contractors and Vendors via the Email Directory system. Pricing will automatically populate in the budget sheet as quotations are received from Sub - Contractors and Vendors

Step 6. (Final Step)

Bid Proposal

A customizable Final Bid Proposal is generated from the budget sheet. Presented here is Final price, specific inclusions, exclusions and any other T&Cs. Bid proposal can be reviewed internally before submitting to the client
